Travel to District Six and visit the museum. Visit Langa where you will have the opportunity to visit a traditional healer "Sangoma." Enjoy the local market, arts and crafts in this township. Stop at the Gugulethu Seven Memorial & Amy Biehl memorial, the Cross Roads, Bonteheuwel, Nyanga, Khayelitsha, home to over a million people, and experience a local community church (optional).

Complete your cultural experience by extending the morning Township Visit Tour to include a visit to Robben Island in the afternoon. Board the Robben Island ferry and enjoy spectacular views of Cape Town and Table Mountain as you sail across the bay to this island which is so full of history. Once you reach the island you will be given a guided tour and see the prison cell that held Nelson Mandela captive for so many years. Visit to include Robben Island subject to weather, ferry schedule and seat availability.
