Willie is the Director, Radiation Protection and Fleet Radiation Protection Manager for Exelon Nuclear, the largest operator of Nuclear Power Plants in the United States. In this current role, he is responsible to set the policies and procedures and provide oversight of these programs for the Exelon Fleet. He has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of radiation protection in the Nuclear Power Industry. In addition, he has over 20 years in a supervisory capacity overseeing the various aspects of radiation protection programs. He has a bachelor's degree in radiation protection, and is certified as a health physicist by the American Board of Health Physics.
